Booking Policy – Mobile Massage Therapy This private mobile massage therapy service is committed to providing a professional, safe, and respectful experience in the comfort of each client's chosen location. The following policies apply to all sessions: Appointments Services are available by appointment only. Advance booking is strongly recommended to secure preferred time slots. A valid credit card may be required to reserve an appointment. Service areas may be limited; confirmation of location is required at the time of booking. Arrival and Setup Please ensure the space is clean, quiet, and large enough to accommodate a massage table and therapist movement. The therapist will arrive approximately 10–15 minutes early for setup. If the client is not present or the space is not accessible at the scheduled time, the appointment may be canceled and subject to applicable fees. Cancellations and Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes to appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee. Missed appointments or no-shows will be charged the full service fee. Travel and Accessibility Services are limited to the designated service area; additional travel fees may apply for extended distances. Safe and accessible parking must be available at the client’s location. Payment Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, or secure mobile payment options. Gratuities are optional and at the discretion of the client. Health and Safety Clients experiencing illness or symptoms are asked to reschedule. Any injuries, medical conditions, or allergies must be disclosed prior to the session. Therapist reserves the right to terminate any session if unsafe conditions or inappropriate behavior are encountered. Minors Clients under 18 must have written consent from a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian may need to be present during the session, depending on age and local regulations. Right to Refuse or End Service Services may be refused or ended at any time due to inappropriate conduct, unsafe conditions, or failure to comply with this policy. By scheduling a session, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this booking policy.
